As you may or may not already know, our company was founded by two people – John Harrington, a talented and successful electrical engineer, and me, Sandra Harrington – a business expert, food engineer and passionate project manager.
Even though my professional journey has been very fulfilling, I always have my culture in mind, which is rooted in El Salvador, Central America. I’m proud of my heritage and the things it has taught me in regards to my leadership and relationship management.
Knowing this, I knew that I had the connections and the opportunities to take Evolve’s impact all the way to El Salvador while also showing my team the difference their work is making as we continue to add initiatives to our social commitment division.
